xbox360 or ps3

for which one should i go?

the ps3 has a blu-ray drive which my laptop doesnt has (so it would be a nice addition.. tho i never had a blu-ray on a disc). Also it would support wlan aut of the box.

Which one has the better games and which one is better for playing online?

Thought about getting a banned & flashed xbox360 for playing the cracked & downloaded games and a totally new xbox360 for playing online (both elite with 1x 160gb and the new one with 250gb.. with 3x controler and all have hdmi cables.. all in all 250€ + 1x free game).

ps3 = xbox360
ps3 > xbox360 cuz of the blue ray

xbox360 > ps3 cuz xbox360 is hackable while ps3 isnt :~>

i had a ps3 and it broke in 3 months if i remember correctly after that i decided to go to something cheaper and reliable so now i have a xbox360 the only disadvantage is the sound that thing makes

when you put the disk in, install the game onto the xbox and it doesnt make any noise when you play

yeah i have some games installed on the drive but some others are on cd i cant have them all on the hard drive :(

If you gonna play online with friends then answer is clear - PS3
I decided to DO NOT SUPPORT microsoft and play on xbox360 with downloaded games

PS3!!! , xbox is shit, have to pay to do anything.
ps3 more powerfull, graphics are nicer to me.

PS3 has only better CPU.
Let's be honest. Blue ray is useless. Now days nobody buy Blue ray videos, even on DVD (maybe few pre cent)

blue ray is not everywhere today, but HDDVD isn't sold nowadays...
i think it will take time to the blueray to spread all arround the world...

You can send messages and talk with people without gold, but you cant play any games online without gold :(

ive got a ps3, i think its better cause it has a bluray player and also free internet:) at a 360 you got to pay for xbox live, didnt want that. i can also stream movies on my ps3 so i can play movies on my tv :) ps3 > xbox

always depends on what games u like..
since i dont like to play games on console which are also out for pc, ps3 only have a very small amount of games i like (mostly rpgs)
whilst xbox has the better games for me , its still has a worser (is that even a word ?? ) grafic, online stuff and extras (like blue ray)

i bought a xbox in the states, finished most good rpgs and bought a ps3 in germany later on.
