If you go to her homepage, she has an article about customizing algorithms and I use a few of those as well. The reason I can't get under the 20 second barrier (as you can see, she notes 17 seconds total and that's even a bit on the slow side in competitive cubing) is 1) lack of practice, and 2) I haven't practiced all the "ideal solves" (for instance in step 3, called OLL, there are 40 algorithms possible but I only know about 25) so I usually take a long time getting through that :S

Not at all.. in winter i´m sometimes depressive -> drive with the car and its gone (e.g. 2 hours of snow drifting and i have a big smile :P)
