Typical Egyptian falafel, eat it for lunch at work everyday. one sandwich is one Egpytian pound. approx 15 euro cent :D

Most stuff is cheap indeed however alcohol and with that clubbin is freakishly expensive.. I usually spend around 100 euro minimum If i go to club here.. so all money I save during the week is spend during the weekend :D

well, i only weight the protein so i'll get enough
usually so ull eat the amount you need (wether its a diet or mass)
the majority shouldn't weight food
