Depends on the game,

Some games did got a "larger" cartridge, which didn't fit in the regular gameboy (but did fit in the Gameboy advance)

but i know for sure yellow was for the gameboy

RBY and GSC games are the best, the later didn't seem as interesting at the time. I guess should try them again

i would have agreed till i played heart gold/soul silver. you even get to go through the 8 kanto gyms/areas after you've finished with johto

it's pretty sweet

Yeah well as far as I know FireRed & Leaf Green and Heart Gold / Soul Silver are practically the same games as the originals so I treat them as such, so when I said the later games I meant Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and Diamond/Pearl/Platinum.

Gotta finish Fire Red before I start Soul Silver :3

i like birds really much, they can fly you to places.
much better than stupid water pikachus who can surf :P

bird can just fly over the water dont need water pikachu :P

i have heart gold, and its fucking baller - like the original gold/silver but you can catch a fuckload of pokemon and kanto has a point to it

Red was the first I had, but i prefer gold/silver to be fair because of the sheer amount you can do, plus im oldschool and dont play lawlsilver

Pokemon crystal! Had all the pokemons except mew & celebi in it :( Played that shit for over 700hours and than forgot it to friends place and he resetted the save, havent touched the game after that.
