I have lots of respect for people losing weight and gaining muscle, but I never understood the whole transformation to an overly ripped douche.
I've been going climbing/bouldering twice a week + running twice a week + almost daily situps/crunches/pumps(?)/... for a couple of months and the results are starting to show.
I was never fat or big, but I felt my gut was getting too big (living the good life^^).
Now the gut's regressing and my pecks (=chest) + biceps are significantly increasing in size and strength.

Just loose the gut and get some general (noticable) muscle.
