COD4 Confighelp needed

I just installed COD4 but I'm in need of a competitive config. Graphics should still be acceptable! Like the sky and sun should still be there (if there's an option like that as in ET)..

Monitor: Samsung P2270 1920*1080
Keyboard: Logitech Azerty Classic
Mouse: Razer Copperhead Tempest blue
Mousepad: QPAD CT
Sound: /
Graphics: Sapphire HD5850 1024MB GDDR5
Memory: Corsair 1333Mhz 3x2GB
O/S: Windows 7 Home Edition 64bit
Headset: Steelsound 5H V2 USB
Connection: /

Who got a nice cfg or where can I get one :)? Help me out!

COD 4 @ competition level isn't that bad , pubbing is the suckage

sorta. everytime i play on pub servers it was like playing Jaymod on ET. cheaters are everywhere so don't expect any difference :P.

if you play promod (its like ETPRO) you wont get many cheaters

from 1.1 patch to 1.7

just type cod4 patch 1.1 (and so on until 1.7) * IN ORDER *

thxs, I'd think that it should run everything perfectly but I can't seem to get 76fps stable on counterstrike source when I run it at 1920*1080 :s

SURE?! noway.. my cousin has a worse pc and he is able to run it @100fps and that stable
that's why i think it's also possible with yours :DD

I just reinstalled my drivers and damn I'm getting nice stable 75fps (even more but I locked it) on css and cod4 at high graphics! :p woot woot
