ipod battery

Hey, i've been wondering to change my ipod 5.5g battery since its completely dead (3 years of intensive use).

But since apple is a bitch asking 50 euro's for it i would try to replace it myself by just following some tuts on http://www.ipodhowtovideo.com/ and buy me a battery for just 25 dollars..

Has anyone done this before?

yeah its very easy. You can get the back open by putting some knife between the back layer and the front. Apple wanted to charge like 200 euro bought the battery for 12 euro and it works fine, even longer then the original one.
