ah yeah but in nederland we used to have datalimits but since broadband was introduced there are almost no providers which do datalimits anymore. While in belgium (afaik) it is still quite common.

IT FUCKING DOES. The farer away from the next access point the slower your net the higher your ping. Besides that routing, flatterning and distance plays a role and now stop replying to me.
