For lunch (13.30 cet) I'm going for some selfmade pasta with some olive oil and tomato slices I think (made the dough an hour ago already, resting in the fridge now)
Must go to bed now, I'll catch a wink : )
and 0.5 ltr of evian water
no pasta/rice/bread/sauce , carbs are for the weak.
And now chicken breast + brown rice
