What's iMovie?
It's a block of aluminum and plastic with some electronics in it. Fuck off.
From a developer perspective Android is a few heads over iPhone regarding the OS. It's backed by a powerful 2.6 linux kernel and provides Java (which everybody knows nowdays) API. Compared to Objective C which... sucks I find developing on Android like stealing a candy from a baby. Oh... and Xcode (their IDE) is bullshit near Eclipse.
From a hardware perspective, Apple makes amazing hardware. That's the sole reason I would buy one of their devices (either Mac or iPhone). Too bad they use such a crappy OS. Just try to use dual boot with Windows 7 on a Mac and you'll surely notice how Windows rolls Mac in speed and usability.
Anyway the hardest part when using Android is understanding what the 4 core buttons do: Home - goes to main screen, Back - goes to the previous Activity ("window", "frame"), Menu - shows the bottom menubar, Search - various searches (Google, inside phonebook etc.). The rest is just WYSIWYG.
