Click on the message under the search & i'm feeling lucky button, a popup appear, choose your picture.
For custom one use 'From my computer' or 'From my picassa gallery' under the popup's option

The advert message is not here anymore, but you can click on the one placed on the left corner.

war einfach da

e: hab grad in opera eingestellt er soll sich als firefox ausgeben und es funtzt :o
