So I was practicing headbox tracking with my friend earlier today. These were the first two tries only, eventually I managed to do it constantly with 100 acc.

Also when aiming, most people use their ears without noticing it. For example if they don't hit in 2-3 bullets they make a laggy movement with their crosshair like trying to "catch on" again. It only increases spread, and with no hitsounds this won't happen if you always keep your crosshair on the enemy. Also if you need to lift your mouse during a duel it means your sensitivity is too small.
To aim properly, or at least when practicing to aim properly, it is important you don't have recoil much so you can concentrate on aiming better. No, I don't mean antirecoil hack, but aim on the chest of the enemy. That way it surprises most enemies who are used to headshot aimer enemies that rarely hit with huge bodyshot succession. For example if you shoot with over 50acc in duels (this means about 45-48 in total because of preshoots and gibs) you will outaim most enemies. The laggy mouse movement I talked about earlier comes back if you get shot too much and you panic. That's why not only tracking is important to learn, but staying calm and chilled in a duel.
