What happaned to my fps ? #3

Hi! Here we go again :P

Like I mentioned in my previous journals some days ago I started to get FPS drops. It's kinda annoying and makes the game unplayable for me.
I hosted a server and tried my maxfps and see the results: It's when I am alone on the server, it's getting worse if other players playing on the server. On every map at some places I am easly able to get stable 125 fps without any problems but somehow on some places (as you can see on the 2nd screen) it drops to very low value. Its not only happens on goldrush, every map has some exact places that I get these drops.




I think it's not CPU problem because I overclocked my E4600 2.4ghz processor to 3ghz and I got exactly the same fpsdrops on those places. So I guess it's my gpu.
But strange stuff, I tried r_mode 4/6/8 and these just don't help, same crappy FPS.
I already:

- Cleaned my pc
- Reinstalled ET + O/S
- Installed ET on another HDD
- Tried to change drivers, older/newest GFX drivers
- Scanned my PC for virus
- Checked gpu/cpu etc. temperatures, they were fine
- I used CCleaner / Tuneup
- Tried Service Pack 2/3

I always change priority and affinity on my ET but these are not helping to get stable fps.
