random restarts fuck

so whenever im doing something, my screen occasionally freezes for a sec, then the screen goes black and it restarts, it's really annoying and has been happening for a week or so... Why is it happening and how to fix it, Event viewer shows NOTHING...

The screen only? It might be ;BROKEN.

if it's the computer that restarts, it's probably overheating. Open up the case and clear out the dust with compressed air (you can get those "pressure cleaner" pressure bottles from your supermarket of choice)
