It's 23-22 but okay.
expected from meez
whole england is happy about wc and he talks about tennis :P
tbh it's a pretty impressive match. I ran back upstairs to my desk after the England match to see if it was still going :D
Parent
lol deleting my comment noob.
Parent
why would I watch football when tennis is on? I'm a true Englishman
Parent
A true Englishman doesn't watch a tennismatch between a Yank and a frog when England plays a very important football game.
Parent
but tennis is more interesting :P

25-25 :D

gems record: 28-26
lenght of one game: 6h 33m

gogogo, beat that!
5 hours 53 min lol
I think it just went past the record for longest match at Wimbledon ever (6 hours, 9 minutes).
# Longest match: At the 2004 French Open, Fabrice Santoro took 6 hours, 33 minutes to defeat Arnaud Clément 6–4, 6–3, 6–7(5), 3–6, 16–14.[1]

Did anyone win?
I think they just went over 6:34 to take this record too...

LEGEN-wait for it-

Unfortunately Wimbledon Live is not available in your country.
?? ich kriegs her
Parent
30-29 :{D
30-29 XD, must be a record.
It's about 10 records already :D
Parent
63 aces for Mahut... just... 1 break point in the last 3 hours...

I don't see it ending.
Parent
70+ for Isner.
Parent
71 actually
Parent
not when I was writing my comment :P
Parent
No when I wrote 70+ it was already 72.
Parent
this match will be abandon cuz of darkness xDDD
they still have like 2 hours or more to play b4 it goes dark :P
Parent
so they can break 8 hours barrier today \o/
Parent
Already happened yesterday, wouldn't surprise me at all if it went to a third day.
Parent
Record for aces in a match for one player is 78... Isner 4 aces away.

EDIT: They've already blown away the record for total aces, which was 96 (current combined total is 138).
Whoever they're gonna be playing next is gonna be so happy with this..
They have to play tomorrow! (Unless this game goes to a 3rd day which it very well might)
Parent
I know so no way they'll make it to the third round anyway
Parent
I think their opponent had to play a 5-set match which went to something like 16:14 in the 5th set too...
Parent
I = If? Still nothing compares to this.

E: Ah I see it's de Bakker :> lucky Dutchie is lucky!
Parent
= thiemo de bakker, who just finished 16-14 aswell =\
Parent
just acing each other because both are tired as fuck :D
MATCHBALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
awesome like mahut plays these 2 points.....
Parent
almost over, but not yet, epic, its alike an ET 9th mapper :)
Record for most ever games in a match at Wimbledon.
Holy fuck, they're still playing. BTW sunbathing for almost 7 hours is unhealthy, dear audience!
No problem, not with the ammount the sun turned during this match :)
Parent
so sick
OMFG I'VE FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT MUHAHAHA. EVERYBODY ON CROSSFIRE WATCH WORLD CUP? UNDERGROUND HIPSTER MEEZ MUST WATCH TENNIS! HARHAHAHRHRHARHARHARR ME SO COOL AND INDIE.
I watched both. You're so perceptive Frag, please teach me.
Parent
This is epic. And the real winner is the guy that will meat one of them in the next round^^.
true, though that guy has to recover too since he played 5 sets ending 16:14 in the 5th :!
Parent
The commentary touched an interesting idea. He who eventually wins will become the guy who won the longest match in history, so even if either mahut or isner loses in the next round (due to physical weakness), playing to exhaustion today is worth it.
Parent
and Isner need to face Przysiezny in the doubles :DD
Parent
I imagine he'll retire in the doubles, if he wins this.
Parent
why? if he has the stamina to do this... he can go on for an hour more in the doubles.
At least he has a team mate to do the running for him :D

Hope the game is over soon, have to go to a pokernight in 15mins :/
Parent
Mahut has already played fifty-game match in the qualifiers :)
