Still strange that EC a team is allowed to use a merc, but when a clan in a lower division/league wants to use a merc its forfeit loss for that clan right away.

Exactly another point, the "ec teams" make their own rules in the EC. No CB would've ever allowed that in any other league.
i'm pretty sure your allowed to add ppl untill the game starts. The waiting rule is only for ladders. + rahul didnt play with another team so I dont see the problem.
I dont see it as a big problem either I just think its funny how certain things are being done by the "higher" teams can do as they want.
it was mainly cuz of the fact ross allowed it.
the people at the top do get a lot more leeway indeed, but isn't that pretty common in life in general?
