Only top left part is relatively weak, but a quarter final between Netherland and Brazil/Chile will be pretty amazing.

Agree; the bottom left is arguably just as strong as the top right, and everything would have been balanced out - since Spain etc. still managed to top their group despite losing - if England had won their group.

Top right hand side of the draw cannot be more stacked due to England's stupidity; the sixth, seventh, eighth and 17th best teams in the world all play each other straight away. Compare that to the top left; 14th, 16th, 32nd and 47th.

I think England will beat Germany then struggle vs Argentina. If they egt through that, it's probably going to be Spain which would be worthy of a final. I think they'll come up short there.
