you didnt drive real cars yet then + the price might be cheap for such a car but the nissan support is completely bullshit + cheap car = you gotta spend a lot of time and money for the reparations :D

i think i drove enough real good cars to judge :) Its normal that any elements of supercars are expensive and the same goes for the reparations,since i do not often use nissans,i dont know about their support in france :) U seem to be very radical, what car is so good then ?

Nearly any car is better than the GT-r, every 100km breaks something and you've to wait a week for someone to repair it since only some carcenters are authorized to repair a GT-R.

My father had a testdrive in one and it felt as if you were sitting in a 5k$ plastic car after browsing some forums the experiences that were shared with the GT-R weren't good at all. He ended up buying an AUDI S5.

The funny thing is the GT-R is advertised to be driven on a circuit but when you read the terms of guarantee it says if any defect occurs you've to pay for it and it's not a warranty case.

the problem with those VW cars,u pay the brand...Honestly between and GOLF V R32 and a Megane RS,ppl says the VW is too heavy and do not have a sport "behaviour" beside that,overall its damn elegant,class inside etc...

I dont get why people would buy an R/sport-class in the first place.. If you want to race you better go to a circuit instead of wasting money on stuff you would barely use on the road.. next to that u could say w/e I just drive as fast as I want but u will crash one day or get busted by the cops.. and then u have no car or drivers license which costs u more then buying these extra's in the 1st place :P

I like nice cars, design and good motor.. but imo it's fun for once but for standard use I just want the car to drive from point A to point B without all the fancy extra's

Power/price means nothing without good handling. To answer your journals main question I'd wait a year or two and buy a used GT-R, because it's an awesome car and I'm Nissan fanboy :(

Well, if you can't use the maximum performance of your car, same surely goes for supersports, even for the older ones. In Finland you can't do a full acceleration even with the 1st gear if you are riding a 1000cc.

Well, you could, but on autobahn you would get a ticket and on lower speedlimits lose your license.

Do they sell Lexus in Europe? The IS250 is pretty nice and Lexus cars usually stay on the road for whatever 350,000 miles is in km.

I also second any mention of the Lancer Evo or WRX STi.

they do, a friend of mine got the IS250 V6, its a really nice car, little bit small inside, but luxurious
he wants to change to the convertible version next year and we gonna do a test driving in july, looking forward to that :)
