It's not that worse atm only they aren't very striking.
Now I'm begging you guys for some tips to get great muscles.
like exercices , food , ...
going to fitness from 12.00 till 15.00,
hope it'll help a bit ;)

Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
- Eat a lot, especially lots of protein, not so much fat
- dont work out longer than 1 hour
- work out hard, do 1-2 sets with a weight that allows 8-10 repetitions
worked for me :p lots of more things to mind, but 2lazy2write
wat
this is because of a hormon (is it hormon in english?) called "cortisol".
This slows the build of muscles :/
Sincerely,
FauLi
you are talking bullshit, latest researchers proves it wrong, 2 hours training is as effective as 1 hour
yours,
experienced piece of shit who knows wtf he talking about
why train 2 hours if it's AS effective as 1 hour? :)
you're wrong tho, or gief proofs!
Yours xoxo,
FauLi
powerlifters often train more than that
i can't give you an english proof and i don't care either, since i dont give a fuck about you and what you think ( sorry for been so aggresive, eh?)
you can't compare powerlifters to normal athletes, dear pala :( their nutrition and other preferences are completely other ones.
Thanks for your effort tho ;) if you find a proof, pmme
Cut back with fat and carb (not as hard as fat), keep training and building muscle (you will need more energy, therefore you will eventually lose fat), some cardio like jogging or swimming cant be wrong too.
depends a bit on your body type, do you have a hard time gaining weight and muscles or do you gain easily?
Hmm, I gain weight and muscles pretty easy I guess.
you need to mind your eating more then ;) else you'll probably get just fat and all those nice muscles won't be visible.
Hf with your sport, pmme if you need more help!
I'm out for soccer :o hopefully germany rapes UK
water is very essential if you want to cut, it reduces your feeling of hunger and is very important anyways! :)
<3 :DDD
Besides the girls that only dig muscles ussually dont even have half a brain so they aint worth it.
even with training every day during 1 week. it won't help.
since to take some volume you need +/- 2 days between each training session for a muscle to recover and so to rebuild itself wich is needed to take volume and formes.
In 1 week you can't do shit. i'm sorry for you but you aint gonna take some muscles.
all you can do is setups and pushups with both hands in the middle of your shoulders length. every day morning and evening. but you won't take muscles ore volume.
HF tho in your hollidays.
anyways, think u missed my point. He just wants to be a little bigger and if you frontload creatine for 5 days and train let's say, chest shoulders, triceps, back biceps on the first and 4th day you'll get a nice little boost, especially if you already have decent muscles..
So getting more volume is totally possible that way.
Also the real reason why creatine doesn't seem to work for most people ist cuz they're overtrained, that depletes all your creatine and it's just impossible to fill up again until your completly healed... I've noticed this by myself and experimented with it, like training with very low volume and never exhausting the muscle to the max would make me huge with creatine whilst training HIT etc wouln't do much at all. Just my experience...
and err..
"In 1 week you can't do shit. i'm sorry for you but you aint gonna take some muscles."
oh rly?
and in one week, even that litle boost due to creatine, he's not going to take any Gram more imo + all he's going to "win" he'll loose it the days afterwards.
Creatine doesn't say abracadabra and poowww muscles...µ
it gives you the possibility to grow some muscles, but not in en everday week training session of 3 hours. all he's going to do is burn his muscles...
1 week is not enough. just a fact.
@QUOTE: going to fitness from 12.00 till 15.00,

And I surely know more about Bodybuilding programs than you'll ever try me to believe of you.
And my point is not you being right ore not, i'm saying 1 week is NOT enough to get decent resulst like wan'ts to have.
Learn English noob
nice edit lowfag
go play with some lego's
won't answer anymore. my level of smartness is way to high to waste with ppl like you.
But ye there's so much on creatine out there people just have to test it themselves, same goes for nutrition and training plans. There's allot of morons out there that just repeat what they heard somewhere else instead of really trying it themselves. Everyone's body chemistry is different and you really have to try things out, that's the most time consuming and frustrating thing about the whole bodybuilding experience, getting it right.
But once you got it figured out, everything get's really simple..
try this (3 times a day), but one week runs rly short 4 this^^
