this is the third time the Netherlands start off in the groupstages with a perfect record. the last two times we got denied straight after by respectively Russia and Portugal :(

what's going to happen this time round?

We still have six yellow cards booked since the match against Cameroon, which is pretty ridiculous as that match was possibly the friendliest match I've seen two teams play in a very long time. Still, against this slovakia, i'm very afraid that even if NL manages to pull through it will be with quite a few suspension bookings :(

I think it will be an exciting 2-1 up untill the last 5 minutes and then NL will come through with the 3-1 ! :P

The only chance Slovakia have is that they don't have one. Usually it shouldn't be a problem for u dutchies.

We were exactly in the same situation even for two matches and got finally no one suspended. Obviously the refs have got instructed to not give such easy yellows cards by now. At least that is what I observed within the last matches.

Ah, I almost forgot the most important thing to say - GO SLOVAKIA :D

I love limited teams and underdogs who are able to beat a bunch of much better individuals due to fighting, balls, team spirit, discipline and so on.
