yes it is, im gymming for 3 years already and i know something about it, you can easly make your body looks like it by the running on the track, look at the footballers, everyones got it

because the bodyfat is very low so you can see each musclel/tendons

i workout for one year now but my bodyfat is somehow not high but i cant see the whole sixpack(i dont care) but i think i have a strong bottom. so if i would loose fat i could see everything

stick a tiny glass onto a wall, stick your penis into it and move your body closer to the glass and farer from the glass, there you go
btw best is to do it pretty fast and 10 hours per day

Just do 50 push ups than 15 sec rest.. again 50 push ups & again 15 sec rest or less.. Just keep going untill you think you had enough..

When you did that & you wanna do something else , just do some sit ups.. do as many as possible & take a rest of 5 or 10 secs...If you still wanna do something else , get a bar put it between 2 brenches in a tree make it steady & do like arnold just pull yourself up as many as possible !

For a good trained body you need to train more than 1 hour each day !

Can't do hand stands :D unless you mean the ones where your legs are on the wall. In that case I used to, not tried since forever (5+ months LOL)

also you prolly mean the "Obliquus"

and ye get your bodyfat <10% and it will be visible.
Work your obliques, do side pushups and all other exercises. But best thing is to have a clean/balanced diet and drop that body fat!

lay down and lift your legs to your chest
just train lower abs and sides.
