going sleep 7 in the morning, wake up 5-7 in the evening.

I blame the fucking mosquitos, but in the end the only one to blame is myself for forgetting the window open.
Perhaps I can correct my sleep rhythm tonight, but I have my doubts.
though i have to change my sleeping patters again in order to stay awake til ~ 4am again cos i need to study for my exams and i can do so best at night. black tea and redbull ftw.
night/morning is the best time to learn
but I'm quite mad about this hole topic, either I'm not able to reach a normal sleeping pattern because of weekends, or I'm quite tired and move towards the bedroom but can't fall asleep for hours..
oh yeh btw, I'm like immune to alarm clocks and oversleep from time to time because the sleeping pattern is fucked up so often :-( any tips to change this? :-'(
but my last one is tommorrow :D
