what is this form called
i know its alike a stratocaster but im not sure
besides:
tomorrow i gotta decide if i want that guitar above
company: SX
age: ~1 year
price: € 120,-- instead of old price was € 500,-- googled a bit
[€dit:]
included: gigbag and this amp:
[/€dit:]
OR
company: epiphone
model: les paul custom
age: ~2 months with warranty
price: € 350,-- instead of € 555,--
tbh i would also take both... have read only good stuff about SX
any ideas?
i absolutely love the custom + design is win win
but now i found that sx :o
google says SX strat > squier strat (squier = fender's)
i know that this is not a stratocaster on my pic
rumors say that that sx guitars are produced by ibanez itself or at least a subcompany but actually its a chinese product. for the usual price (100-200) people rate these guitars from good to excellent
i suppose im gonna give it a try
also, keep in mind when determining which to buy: there's a big problem with most epiphone guitars i've seen. the G-string always goes out of tune. idk why but it's every fuckin epiphone guitar is like that.
im gonna try out and report back (:
i have a wii guitar
i usually play with it on the pc (: (bluetooth connection -> FoFix)
is much fun but its still just a videogame
oops just read the thread
buy it
THEN dust it!
also, dont buy any of those guitars, buy a musicman :>>>>
man i should get paid for promoting them :o
no.
omg!
ne spitzere stratocaster? ^^
it really depends on what playing style you prefer, but i would go for the les paul
and its not actually a stratocaster body, its bolt-on :)
ya the epiphone LP custom is rly nice to play, strings are not as hard as you couldn´t press properly easy on them, also with those humbuckers it got an excellent sound. as stated my former best friend owns it for over 3 years now i love it <3
bolt-on refers to the way the neck is attached to the body, i had to missread it somewhere (my music shop page fails :O).
but still the body is only similar to a strat shape, but it's not copy-paste the same. it's rather a Jackson's Soloist style.
hope im right now :O
thanks to it i can play everything, blues, country, rock, metal, my guitar can even imitate the sound of a cat ;o
if u get a decent preamp, the choise of an amp isn't really that important :D but ofc marshall = win
im having a weird problem with my old amp..:/
my old cheap strat replica sounds better then the epiphone -_-
im having a cheap strat replica too :D (Tenson lol) its totally shit but enough for heavy distortion drop-D stuff like Rammstein :D
I GOT TENSON TOO :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
