It was offside. There was a similar case in Belgian football and they asked the FIFA if it was offside or not, and the FIFA ruled it was offside because he made a move towards the ball.
I usually agree with you on football related stuff but now you're just off. With its 'anti-football' they could have scored 3 goals and perhaps their offside goal could have been counted as well.

My vision is coloured cos I only started watching with the penalty from Paraguay, but afterwards they did jack shit. Defenders were mostly kicking the ball as far as possible and as fast as possible. No decent pass combinations, no nice rushes, simply nothing. Only 1 good chance and that was because Casillas failed.
Edit: But yeah, Spain was pretty awful as well. But they have been so for most of the World Cup imo.
