Dear Crossfire,

I came back from holiday some hours ago and i must say fucking amazing,
i hope you enjoy your summer. I told ya i will keep you up²date with my weight
and i must say only 7 kilo's left to a good and perfect body.
I am not anymore 5 times per week @ gym because of the summer, only 2-3 times per week but it still works good and i eat almost CHICKEN from barbecue.
