Hi!
Thanks for the link but its not working for me. I did everything that is written in the installion text, my version of the usbport.sys is not the same as mentioned though, and after the reboot my mouse gone offline and doesnt want to react on anything, tried another usb ports, nothing
can u help me please?

1 fix what u done and do whats on that text, it will fix
2 do it again, it will fix

3. i seriously hope u done a backup like is told on instructions otherwise backup ur shit and get an OS cd

Yes I did.
I did reboot, pressed F8 and selected SAFE MODE. Then went to system32/drivers right click on usbport.sys but its version was different. Not 5.2.3790.1830 as mentioned in the txt. Mine says 5.2.3790.3959
Eventho I still followed the steps.
After the reboot, my mouse turned off and didnt react on anything.

In C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ ,is there any file named "usbport.sys" ?

yes.
But the version of my usbport.sys from C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ is different than the txt says from your website
the txt says confirm that version is 5.2.3790.1830
but the usbport.sys from my drivers folder version is 5.2.3790.3959

you have 2 options

1. do steps again but restore de backup usbport.sys ( rename usbport.sys.bak to usbport.sys )
2. do steps again and use the backup usbport.sys that is en the backup folder if it works try to apply a different usb rate again DONT FORGET TO ALWAYS BACKUP THE WORKING usbport.sys OTHERWISE NONE OF USB PORTS WILL WORK AND A FORMAT/REINSTALL OF WINDOWS AWAITS YOU

its made also by abort
sse2 depends if ur processor can handle sse2 instructions "sort of speak" (normal < sse < sse2 )
