Can you draw this on a piece of paper without lifting your pen(cil) and you can draw every line once, so you cant go over the same line twice...


please help :) ive been obsessed about this for quite a while now

Made kinda sense aswell. You cant construct the center piece without lifting your pen, and the outer triangles will always point you towards your starting point.

i wouldnt say its that shit, its interesting in the practical way, but the theorie truly sucks. The worst subject is algebra btw :) the best: probability theory and statistics

naw man algebra & by extension calculus is the best part of maths imo, it's beautiful, everything just works, little ambiguity

i dropped discrete maths and took a mechanics module instead which i had to teach to myself, but still much more fun and less rageworthy than discrete. (although nothing is worse than stats)

dunno if u understand the same, what algebra means, because it isnt the same as linear algebra, where u learn all that vector and matrix stuff, which is very interesting indeed :)

poisson distribution gonna be used mostly in the calculating the duration times, which is pretty important :) There gonna be used poisson process

dont forget its using probability theory, what means, there is always a small chance for "losing" or wrong desicion, which can occur even with best calculating and covering. A small example was in some years before in germany, where one telefon company calculated the number of new clients of about 200.000, where in reality only 20.000 were reached :)
Statistics is a good method, it yields the best possible solution or desicion, if u applies it correctly, but still u can be fucked by the world :) And thats great! :)

But it can be used for stuff that isn't about decision making. Like time domain multiplexing, which the entire internet is using to share the bandwidth.

dunno why u dont like statistics/probability theory, its imo the most important subject in the financial and insurance world, its very practically oriented and of course very interesting!
What i meant with algebra, is abstract and commutative algebra:
