ETkey help

hey need help with ETkey my mate has installed ET and it wont get a ETkey and it keeps kicking him for it is there anyway i can get one with out pbreg or another way around it at all because it seems PB is down. thankz :D xx

master server seems to be down, tried to get an etkey earlier myself but pb_cdkeyreg isn't responding :(
