harro, i'm having some problems installing windows XP on my other pc. As the Windows Setup loads the files, i get a message saying "The file acpi.sys is corrupted. press any key to continue" which then leads to "press any key to restart your pc." I'm not sure how to get around this or if my windows XP disc is fucked. I haven't had any luck on google so far.
On a side note, when i go into my BIOS and check my CPU Configuration it tells me that my CPU Speed is 2.00 Ghz(sometimes less than that) when it's supposed to be 3.00 Ghz.

btw: i think my HDD has a virus, therefore i'm reformatting

Und noch eine Bewertung: Das Netzteil ist verendet. Und zu allem Überfluss hat es im Todeskampf noch einen kräftigen Überspannungsfurz ins System entlassen und mein fucking teures ASUS-Mainboard gekillt. Vielen Dank auch und auf Nimmerwiedersehen, du ....teil.
