the opening game starts with a nice cinematic of the main character and an action in a ship, it's the game you meant

The game you are looking for is called Wolfenstein. The cinematic trailer had B.J. running around on a yerman warship, using his medallion in the end.

This game is made by polish studio City Interactive - they are making a lot of cheap and low quality games.
