After the awesome decision to turn ET 5on5 from which we get more interesting non-lotto based tournaments and LANS the prestigious and highly capable et-committee have decided to remove the supplydepot-mainjump. This decision is awesome as well because it removes an unfair advantage for people who are able to do the jump. I honestly think the next step should be removing all the supplydepot-walls because there are teams which have an excellent crossfire on all of the entrances, this is unfair for the teams who aren't capable of creating the teamplay needed for this type of defence.
When I'm thinking about it, we should also make the tank on Goldrush non-repairable but make it move by a touch, the barriers there should also be removed for the same reason. There are teams who don't have the most intelligent engineers and therefore they have a disadvantage while attacking on Goldrush.
On a sidenote, I think we should change Radar as well, we should build more bridges between fake and west and east since there are people who can do those jumps, and people who can't, you get the general picture.
And to end this little journal I thought about changing Frostbite as well since it's going to be played at AEF. I think the Axis should not spawn on solid ground because sometimes they have a very beneficial spawntime which ruins the Allies' attack. I think their spawnroom should be a little deep ocean so it takes 10 or more seconds to get out of spawn, that way they won't be able to set up their defences as fast as normal, which will make the map more balanced.
Edit : As Ancientmule mentioned we should also remove the trickjump allowing Allies to get on to the platform at side near the Command Post. There are people who are not highly intelligent enough to consider the fact that there might be Allies camping that door and they just open it leaving them in, ruining an entire defence because of one action. We should counter this by placing a firespitting dragon on top of that platform who will only attack Allies.
