measure temperature cpu

hi, i want to measure the temperature of my cpu etc ..
my motherboard doesnt have such a function
is there a nice programm to do that?
my motherboard: gigabyte s-series EP45-DS3

okay i downloaded speedfan.
there is 4 times core and temp 1 and temp2 above it , what is temp 1 and temp 2 ?
motherboard and graphic?

It's better to get it on the orginal website. Altho, on that url you have the lastest version. It's allways good to get updates.

speedfan is not that accurate, use coretemp.
