Looks like they've made one similar to DeathAdder shape and the other similar to IME3.0 shape...

Probably better than most "gaming mice" but at this stage I wouldn't say it comes anywhere near dethroning DA/WMO/IME from the top being a good choice of mouse. Waiting for the sensor to be tested still.

Thoughts?

EDIT: LMAO@COST

"The MSRP is 59,90 EUR. Availability is mid August. :)"

nevermind

Most likely a waste of money.
new... unreleased yet

ms1.1 with deathadder buttons :o
deathadder has more of a curve to it.
Parent
Well if it gets released and it's close to a DA, I might try it.
Perhaps it's just me, but the DA seems to break down easily.
Pretty much what I spent on my first DA!

fucking niggers
Ordering mine NOW.
Still a winner:

i plan to buy one
Shape looks good, from the pictures even better than the DA.

Reminds me a lot of the newer SteelSeries mice (Kinzu, Xai). Only difference is that this Zowie one here is ergonomical for right handed ppl, while the SS mice are symmetrical.

Gotta wait on some crazy Esreality ppl to test it first though. Best shape doesn't help if the sensor skips :)

I HOPE IT GLOWS! Else it won't sell!

Edit: Costs are way too high again. Same with the Xai :-(
Looks alot sturdier than the DA aswell.
But I'll be checking out the mousefeet first, main reason I'm still using the DA.

razer abyssus still best sry
30e and i would try
A4tech mice with same specs cost like 20 euros(shape and quality can be argued), can't believe they are selling this for 60...
Same price as all the other new gaming mice pretty much. The Xai was introduced with a pricetag of around 80 Euro even :P

And I think there's some Razer mouse that costs even around 100 Euro (Wireless though).

Good thing my old IMO 1.1 can be replaced by just spending 15 Euro max :-P

IME/WMO sensor doesn't work at my sens :!, still nice for rts games/general usage

main problem with DA is getting the old ones with 3.0 sensor
Parent
this has been a problem with a lot of razer mice. they release a decent product like diamondback, add a couple of firmware updates and the thing is just awesome. next thing you know they rereleased it with a new sensor with higher dpi and all and you cant buy the old ones anymore.

They did the same with deathadder. I switched to DA, but once the wire died I got myself a replacement and guess what they rereleased it with a new suckier sensor with more dpi.

Went back to mx518 and I doubt I'll change again. I really loved razer products, but I havent been able to buy the same mouse twice in a row so I'm done with them. Logitech has always made products which are made to last, most of their products I used lasted +2 years which is 4 times longer then the average razer mouses i bought. Razer should really get their quality up.
Parent
They prefer to add random glowing edges instead :-P

Just look at the Roccat Kone, it can even glow in different colors and you can control that in the driver. How awesome is that!
Parent
it is indeed very awesome :D

but the mouse is really good even for a laser mouse
Parent
do you know what's wrong with the new DA besides having more DPI? (which is not a con, but useless)

i bought the xai for 80 euro and i must say its worth every cent especially compared to the other mice i have used, i.e. deathadder g5 etc.
Parent
I guess if I still played actively, I would have bought it as well. Tested the shape in a shop and it's probably the best from all mice I have used so far.

(Atleast in that moment, no idea if the feeling stays that good over several hours of playing)

And judging from reading a couple of reviews the sensor seems to be really good.

nice shape but 2expensive
no qpad no win
mx518.

59,90 EUR. - is that somewhat a big price?

mx518 in Estonia still costs around 50 EUR, and copperhead around 70 D:
I think I bought my mx518 for under 30 e.
Parent
got it from friend 4 years ago and didnt pay shit
Parent
Good thing you are ignoring me at irc, I'm talking utter shit.
Parent
my BNC is like 3 months dead cuz i lost pw so yeah #vibe.et
Parent
I am sharing lifestories with you everyday and you tell me now that you haven't been reading them? :D
Parent
Looks suprisingly good actually although they could take 20 EUR off.
dont care about the price. will buy everything eSports superstar HeatoN tells me to buy :)
he didnt tell you to buy it

What a load of crap. Reminds me of SteelSeries when they said that they researched the shape of the perfect mouse for 12 months. The profit margins on gaming mouses must be well over 200%
im happy with the new DA
if the sensor is allright i will buy one for sure looks awesome it will replace my DA because i dont like razer for no reason :D
omg heaton mouse man, gotta have that
