HELP PLEASE

Hi guys, I had some problems with my ET, and i reinstalled it etc.

but now i get this error : " Couldnt load official pack file, verify your instalations and make sure it has been updated to the new version".

I dont understand what to do and please please i am bagging help me.

update from 1.0 to 2.60 than to 2.60b
