same for me, but with a schnaps afterwards its usually not a big problem. or I just eat chocolate and drink a coffee, does the trick aswell (bit difficult to drink at work)

this is the free(old) version, I've bought the new version. It's actually pretty fun - you can make a town/castle, mine and fight monsters. Also heard that the multiplayer will be good
