I dunno what i would recommend if you're a tourist but you prolly want to do these places:
- de kaaien, lots of bars
- the cathedral and the area around just for sighseeing.
- the red district, all the clubs are there and its really all nice and clean. fun just to make a tour for the lulz :D you'll prolly end up there anyways if you want to club
-st anneke , beach + open air swimming pool. its at the other side of the river, but its close to lan and the city center. coming from lan you have to go by car or walk to the city center where there's a tunnel for pedestrians which also takes you to that 'beach'
- kammenstraat where you can find shitloads of trendy stores
- meir , big shopping street with all the basic shit c&a and those kind of shops
- hopland, is where all the designer shops are but fucking expensive
There arent any big pools or theme parks nearby. Beveren has something that looks has a big pool with a couple of ramps etc, but nothing too big.
It was made for children, even if you stay at the interesting parts, you're outside again after 30/40 minutes.
boring as hell
