I have both Azureus and bitcomet. But for some reason I can't upload on azureus, so my ratio is fucked up for private trackers. On the other way I have a good upload on Bitcomet.

How to resolve it ?

azureus is fat and ugly and bitcomet is banned on most sites

use utorrent http://www.utorrent.com/

Same problem... It says that my firewall is blocking the port, but i've disabled the firewall but nothings happen

You probably need to tell azureus which ports you have open. Change the port azureus uses and make sure its open on your router. www.portforward.com for help with that. Change to utorrent and do the same with that, its miles better than either of those clients.
