Hi,
Due to the large numbers of nerds available on lan this weekend, i thought this would be a good occasion to sell some mice/pads i don't intend to use anymore.
So there is:
- 1 g9x with hyperglides
- 1 deathadder with g9x hyperglides (a bit higher for less lod and no scraping on cloth pads) - I might sell it after the lan if the computers are on win 7 and if we don't have the authorisation to run hidusbf on them
- 1 mx310 with wmo hyperglides
- 1 icemat (= steelseries I 2)
- 1 steelseries SX (aluminium pad)
- 1 Puretrak Deluxe (fast plastic pad)

Intelli 3.0 for a Steelseries SX?

Fine for me even tho the pad costs more than the mouse.
Is it the old or the new 3.0 ? Stock mouse feet , Hyperglides ?

How long have you used the SX pad btw?

Not more than 3 weeks altogether. I think the coating wore off a bit by itself, but the pad is still way too fast for me.

The mouse is fine for me if it's still in decent shape :p

anyone wants to buy some random 3 year used broken gaming gear, then this is your guy.

I used the g9x during liek 2 weeks, the DA not more than 2 month, only the 310 is a bit old.
The icemat doesn't wear out so it's as good as new, I didn't like the SX so never used it, and same for the deluxe.

But if you want worn out gaming gear, i have a half functionning mx500 in a mx518 shell with 1 button missing, a razer diamonback and a mx518 in pieces, a few dead cloth mats (qpad ct, noidpad, DKTpad 1st edition)

The icemat DOES wear out! I can clearly see some polished spots on my 6 (?) years old icemat :-D

I only used mine 2- 3 years, so I guess it's almost as brand new :)

I'll open urtier's little hardware basar on the next CC! Everyone who'd like to sell something can give it to me and I'll try to sell it over the weekend! Instead of having a couple of guys running around offering stuff we could as well just have one central marketplace!

yes, but the percentage Urtier could get from it would not make a decent profit, unless it's unreasonably high.

Depends how you could handle such things. If you just store everything in a locked box or room and open it whenever someone likes to buy something, it wouldn't be too bad to get 10-15% or something.

If you plan to stay behind a table for the whole day, then yea. Not worth it :P

Ye, used to make some huge icemats, or whatever size you wanted it in. Don't have any connections to the company though that cut the glass for me, so the price went up. I'm pretty sure noone would like to buy them anymore for 50euro and more, so I gave up on doing this.

Sold like 10-12 urti-mats back then I believe :-D

I would actually consider it, only because of the fact that they rarely wear out ( Once read this somewhere, could even be your profile ).
There is nothing that irritates me more than the feeling that my mousepad is deteriorating and that it is the reason that I'm playing worse. :[

Check if you have any store/company nearby that sells glass and ask for satined glass. It's exactly the same as the icemat. Just paint the not satined side with whatever color you like and get a couple of rubber feet and you're done.

dr3am even made a tutorial of it after I told him how to make it. Should be somewhere on this site.

Originally the idea come from FeTTe though. He had one of those homemade icemats on Quakecon 2006.
