My checklist:

Drivers (USB stick, ideally two just in case)
Mouse (plus USB extension cable for mouse)
Keyboard (PS/2, if I can find an adaptor)
USB Keyboard 'borrowed' from work in case I can't get the PS/2 one to work.
Headset, with base station (wireless headsets ftw!)
Spare headset (In case wireless headsets are full of lose, not win)
Mousepad
USB Pedal (for pedal-to-talk)
Clothes
Wallet
Phone
Phone charger
Laptop
Laptop charger
Passport
Toothbrush + toothpaste
Maybe a shaver, if I can be bothered to shave

A knife with which to stab unblind.

I bought a USB footpedal on ebay, and use it as my push-to-talk key in ventrilo, so I don't have to hold a button with a finger and mess up my pro gaming.
