where to buy my new Computer?

yo guys,
After my Driver license i got 1500 € left and i wanna Buy a new computer.
I only wanna spend 400-500 € in/for it do you know where i can buy "good" computers for Low prices ?
I dont really got any experience in building a computer i even know how to install the O-System :)

my license costed me around 1200 € ... and today i payed 50 € to get it back again, because my wallet had been stolen :/

:XD ich weiß noch nciht wie viel er kosten wird... habe knapp 3000 € bekommen also denke ich mal das die hälfte drauf geht
