Gotta be careful you're not going into ketosis though, sufficient protein/exercise will be necessary or you'll burn into muscle, not fat, and subsequently be worse off. Worst thing about that is, scales will tell you you're losing weight more quickly, since muscle is heavier than fat, and you'll probably feel like you're getting good results.
