Rice noodle question

I just found a pack of rice noodles which had the exp. date 05/2010. I mean, it's only like 3 months so I figured noodles never go bad anyway and decided to cook them (I'm damn hungry and want something to chop chop while I watch True Blood). Dear crossies, am I gonna die?

if noodles had the exp. date 9.8.2010 and this day would be .. i wouldnt eat them :S

some people say they don't go bad, but i don't see why they'd give an expiration date when it was incorrect/unnecessary

they're cheap as chips anyway, just go buy some fresh ones

the expiration date on the box is made to trick people... whats the first thing you do when you see expired food in your refrigerator??? you pick it up, throw it away and perhaps even go buy another pack of it :) i invented this tricking method and i have to say, i did not think people would bring it this far :! the world as we know it is no more
