Retard alert v2

After some problems with my DVD drive I managed to hook up all my computer components.

However, when I now boot with the ASUS Install DVD in my DVD Drive all I get is

"Reboot and Select proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key"

Already googled and it pretty much comes down to changing your boot order and selecting your DVD drive as the 1st boot device, which I have already done. It detects everything else like RAM, CPU, GFX obviously.. can't see what's wrong :(

Asus P5QPL-AM
Intel E5500
2 GB Kingston DDR2
ATI Radeon HD5670

When I boot it beeps once btw :l

EDIT: now it just completely blackscreens :s
