W7 and Documents and settings

MY father has a W7, and somehow he can't access to My documents and Settings folder. It say something about access denied or can't access the folder. What could the problem be?

rightclick folder -> properties -> security -> select your dads account & set everything on full access

if it doesn't work boot up in safemode and try again

you have to give him access to it.. but normally if you also use w7 it is no problem.. me and my bro had like server so we could share music.. on w7 it asked us automatically if we want to open a network ..
