what irc clients do you use? why? shareware / freeware? where to download? thanks.

xchat, but the veeeeery old 2.6 client. its slim, its fast, its reliable, its rrr

(never versions cost i think, but src is free for all, so you could compile yourself)

EDIT: and from exp, the newer version's GUI lags :<, at least for me

seems as i cant read my bouncer messages with that client?

nothing happens after using the bnc command /msg -sbnc read :/

You can change the font and backround by yourself, don't like the default fond and colour fix neither.
