hai /b/odybuilders,
is anyone able to offer me a halfway decent diet plan?
I mainly want to loose some fat percentage since I grew from 65 kilos to 81 in the last year. Eventho I gained some muscles my belly still is pretty big.
Because that does not compute with my abs training it would be perfect to loose some weight there (I just do crunches for my abs so another possibility beside sit-ups would be also welcomed)
I guess I currently eat around 4000cals a day including mostly unhealthy food because Iam on work like 11 hours a day and we just got a microwave there.
I thought about:
9.00 1 pretzel
11.00 2nd pretzel
13.00 eating vegetables (mostly raw stuff like carrots)
16.00 cereals with milk
19.15 tuna/chickenbreast or similar (Iam back home than)
but i highly doubt its a good plan ^^
thanks in advance!

don't take help over here, and i wouldn't recommend over the internet as well, there are many ways to lose fat, most knowingly carb cycling and anabolic diet (their main similarity is high fat and low carbs)
need to take care of vitamins as well which i can't follow, so sorry no one here can help you
11.00 rice
13.00 rice

Ich bin mehr so der breit gebaute, braun gebrannte, 100kilo Hantelbank drückende Typ, y0.
türkische welle alta!
nee kein bisschen sport - sondern hochleistungssport ;)
more proteins.
you could try the typical alexL food - tho it tastes really bad.
5 hours break (no snacks and sugary drinks either, just plain tea, coffee or water)
Lunch: Anything you like (shouldn't go for kebab or pizza each day though), can also have a little dessert

Dinner: Only proteins, no carbs at all (meat + vegetables, or cheese etc.)
Since you seem to be German: Google "Schlank im Schlaf" for more information.
Sounds stupid but it's working perfectly. Plus you won't have any lack of vitamins etc. and won't suffer from hunger attacks since you can eat a lot and still lose weight pretty easily.
It's all about the insulin level. Once you eat it will go up and your body doesn't burn fat when that's the case. So the break will help to lower it again so you actually burn the calories and fat during that time.
Just google this Schlank im Schlaf, there are multiple books and pages about it and I can say 100% for sure that it is working and that it is pretty easy compared to other diets. Especially since you have to eat, if you don't eat, it won't work.
E: not really into the calorie counting but I guess after a few weeks you just know how much kcal each thing contains and can easily avoid stuff :)
you dont need to ONLY eat 3 times a day, you can eat 8 times a day if you want, but understand that if you want to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you take in
nutritionists and trainers generally recommend 5-6 small meals a day to keep your blood sugar at an even rate through out the day so your body keeps burning calories at an even rate as well
12:00 eat ur lunch
18:00 eat ur dinner
go to the gym ,quit et , sport
pushups + http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kg_FrhUaSls
i have a nice body ect just with home training and when i will be 16 im going to the gym
try it :)
eat what you like but do smthing to burn it...
I especially like the use of the word "retard(s)". Somewhat strange that a few of those retards even successfully lost weight with their way of eating (referring to Clown, myself and unframed (if he's saying the truth!)).
I even suggested "my diet" to a few ppl here on crossfire and other friends and they successfully reduced their weight as well. Haven't heard anyone complaining.
Maybe those "retards" aren't as retarded as you think.
while i have to say i skipped white rice , and pasta so pretty much i was on a low carb . ofc skipped junkfood, candies and softdrinks and also started to run every second day
lookin at the past i should have skipped running though , HIIT + liftin weightz is far superior
And how come you wouldn't recommend cardio? Cause I actually wanted to start a little running 2-3 times a week soon and add that to the weight lifting routines I'm doing every second day.

I dunno about this schlank im schlaf diet but it's probably pretty much the same or some altered variation.. In the end it's all about getting your body to produce the maximum ammount of "growth hormones" (I say this term very losely) it can to aid you in whatever your goal is, be it muscle gain or weight loss. In the end it comes down to DISCIPLINE anyways, pretty much any known diet will work if you follow it through precisly, if they're healthy on the other hand is a different story..
I really don't want to get into a dicussion about this but I do want to congratulate your success, I know the sacrifice it takes. Keep it up.
eat a lot of fibre and fruit and drink a lot of water.
like Insti says, dont listen to any of these retards, take advice of someone with knowledge or ask for al personalized diet.
Long, slow to moderate intensity cardio training is useless the calories you burn are not coming from the "longtime useage of the muscle" its more like from breathing faster etc ... if you start joggin for example and you can run like 3km the first day and like 15km a month later -> the most ppl think its due to the increasing stamina but infact you muscles are just workin more economic and waste less energy ...
HIIT > Most Cardio exercises
First of all I didn't mention the speed.
To burn calories you will do it after 25 mins or 30 of running, bicycle etc, depending on the speed but you definetly burn calories when your body runs out of resources and starts burning them. Breathing has to be something natural and constant.
You can't tell me or anyone seriously cardio exercises are a waste of time to loose weigh cause they are basic and needed, of course together with a good diet.
The key in cardio is to change the speed from time to time, change excercises, sprints etc never let the body get used to it... so now I see why it didn't work for you apart from the known benefits for your heart.
i never said you dont burn calories when you are running , ofc you do ... also you burn calories with the first step you do , not only after 30 minutes
and ye you are right if you change or increase the intensity iam talkin about steady mid paced cardio like running.
probably i cant express what i mean properly so:

1. remove unhealthy food from diet
2. eat healty
3. ????
4. Profit
Less saturated fats, more aerobic excercise and you're there.
