Free virus/spyware scanners/killers

Looking for some free virus/spyware software which can scan. find and cure my laptop. Much appreciated.

Beruhigt ein wenig und zeigt, dass man net unbedingt zahlen muss um sicher zu sein. Kann trotzdem jeder machen wie er will ;)

Been running with AVG and SUPERAntiSpyware for quite a while.

For spyware, use Spybot Search & Destroy.
