Axis Revenge can switch engine, as John Carmack just announced W:ET has gone open source. End of journal.

Axis revenge won't switch engines, they'll move parts from ET engine to AR :)

they leave the engine itself untouched, since it's just awesome as it is.

AR is only an addon to xreal.
