Hmm FPS?

Hey guys.. I was thinking at what should I do to escape the fps drop.. I never get 125 fps and I barrely stop getting 70 fps. Im using nuggan's cfg atm. These are my settings:

CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 400+, MMX
MotherBoard: not specified
HD: 500 gb
Monitor: NOD TFT1780PS
Keyboard: Microsoft Digital Media Keyboard 3000
Mouse: Logitech G9 3200 DPI.
Mousepad: A4Tech X7 Gaming
Sound: Realtek HD
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS 1 GB
Memory: 4 GB
O/S: Windows 7
Headset: Canyon CNR-HS1
Connection: ADSL 8mbps

try my cfg (should be in my profile)

i usually get only positive feedback :] its a fpsbased cfg and i get on every map 125 fps (k sometimes drops in rada,bremen and grush...but not much)

I would say it is your graphic card ( I used the same one as you did 1 year ago or so and I had low FPS aswell on a PC that I did not format for a long time)

Well, im running on an AMD Sempron 2400+ (or maybe 2200+?) and an Onboard-Geforce 6150SE with 256MB Shared memory and I'm getting stable 76 FPS.
And I definetly know why you don't gain that much

its the cpu (2.2ghz x2 is 4ghz) but et only use 1 core so 2.2 ghz.
ET = CPU + RAM + (little) GPU
