500g entricot (or other meat with more fat than usual)

"knead" everything until you have one dough, put in the fridge for a hour, put, knead it a little bit more and make 2 burgers out of it
cook at least 2 minutes each side without interrupting it, afterwards it depends on ur taste (mid.raw, well done)
Very good, but try to add fried/fresh union and nutmeg and don't use knead, after a while when it's brown on both sides add a bouillon block (cow) and put in 2 glasses of water... let it sudder on a low fire for 20 minutes.
